The mattress came as a log and was quite easy to remove from the outer covering. My husband and I have been sleeping on it for a week now and we are both getting a better night’s sleep. As we are both side sleepers we needed a mattress with a bit of give so we didn’t wake up in pain. This mattress has done that for us. We highly recommend the Soft/Medium mattress.
